The Rivers State Carnival (Carniriv) which
happens to be the oldest & Best Carnival in
Nigeria, is obviously set to kick off in just few days time.
The carnival is slated to occupy a period of one whole superb week on the month of December, 2014.
With all the ongoing preparation, I feel that this year's edition is surely going to be the bomb.
