"MISS CARNIRIV" is a partnership project between the Rivers State Tourism Development Agency (RSTDA) and Bluepearl Services International (BSI); an innovative leader in fashion and media business, targeted at exposing to the world the rich cultural

heritage of Rivers State Through a glitz pageantry. Miss Carniriv is a new brand development initiative under the "CARNIRIV" franchise. It is  set-up as a stand alone event which is expected to generate massive public interest and participation throughout the nation. This event guarantees would-be sponsors optimum exposure, great mileage and good value for every Naira invested.

This pageantry is expected to have all the trappings associated with a world class event and contestants are not necessarily  to be of Rivers origin. There will be a selection process after registration and rules of international standards of pageantry shall be adhered to very strictly.
